Kubilo SMS Program

Kubilo provides AI-powered phone ordering technology for restaurants. This page describes how and when customers receive text messages through our platform.

Who receives messages

Only customers who place a delivery order by calling a participating restaurant's ordering phone line. We never send messages to anyone who has not placed an order.

How consent is collected

During the order call, when a delivery order requires payment by secure link, our AI ordering assistant offers to text a secure payment link to the number the customer is calling from, and reads the following disclosure:

“I'll text a secure payment link to this number to complete your delivery order. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help. Is that okay?”

A text message is sent only if the customer gives an explicit verbal “yes”. If the customer declines, no message is sent. The link is sent only to the number the customer is calling from; no other number is ever texted.

What messages are sent

Strictly transactional notifications about the customer's own order: (1) a secure payment link, (2) an unpaid-order reminder, (3) a payment receipt, (4) a refund notification. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Message frequency

Up to 4 messages per order. Customers receive messages only when they place an order.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
