How the trial works

  1. We contact you

    Someone from our team contacts you to answer your questions and plan the setup.

  2. Sign the trial agreement

    We email you a short trial agreement, and you sign it online.

  3. Setup at your restaurant

    We install the equipment, turn on call forwarding with you, and train your staff.

  4. Try it for 3 days

    The AI answers your calls and orders print in your kitchen, while your customers pay the way they do today.

Trial questions

What happens when the trial ends?
Our team visits and asks you to fill out a short feedback form (about 2 minutes). If you want to keep using Kubilo, you sign a service agreement. If not, you turn off call forwarding with our help, we check that calls ring at your restaurant again, and then we switch off the service and take back the equipment.
How does call forwarding work, and how do I turn it off afterward?
You keep your phone number. During setup, we help you forward your restaurant's calls so the AI can answer them. If you don't continue after the trial, you turn forwarding off with our help, and we check that calls ring at your restaurant again before we switch off the AI.
Do I have to switch my POS to try it?
No. Keep your current POS and the way your customers pay. The trial adds AI phone answering and a kitchen printer alongside what you already use.
My restaurant isn't in Miami. Can I apply?
Yes. The trial is open to restaurants anywhere in Florida. Our team will contact you and schedule a visit as soon as we can. Right now the trial isn't available outside Florida.
