Do customers still call my current number?
Yes — no number change. Set up call forwarding with your carrier and the AI answers your existing line. Turn it off anytime; the number stays yours.
What languages does the AI speak?
English and Spanish — and it handles dish names and accents well. Your menu is loaded in advance, so the AI knows every dish you serve.
What happens when several calls come in at once during rush hour?
The AI answers multiple calls at the same time — the line is never busy.
What if a customer wants to talk to a human?
Turn on human transfer in your dashboard and enter your phone number. When a caller asks for a person, the AI transfers the call instantly.
What if someone calls after closing?

Do I need to notify you when I change my menu?

The interface is in English and Spanish, with separate logins for owner, cashier, and kitchen. We walk your team through everything during setup.
What if the equipment has issues or doesn't perform well?
Contact us and we'll send a technician for on-site adjustments until you're satisfied — or you can cancel anytime.
What if I want to cancel partway through?
